There service was amazing! Fast and friendly. I just came in for a tire repair and they didnt charge me at all. I would definitely come here again for any of my tire needs.

On a late Saturday afternoon around 3:00pm, I was out to take my dog to a park. As we were driving for about a mile I saw the tire pressure notification. I checked the gauge and it said 19 PSI, the other three tires were 35 PSI. I was surprised and thought I better get it checked. Costco was close so I went there. When I got there I saw a few people not working and two cars being worked on. The guy told me they had no time to check that one tire. At that point, I filled up the air on my own at the pump, (they did not offer to fill the air) and so I headed back on the road. I went straight to Discount Tire because I have had good experience with them in the past. I was just worried I couldn’t make it in time, but now that I refilled the air, I headed there. When I got there the service advisor was amazing. He was warm and helpful. I felt so relieved that they would take me and I could walk around to get my dog some exercise. They even offered me a water for my dog. It was a short wait and to top it off, they did not charge me because they were able to repair the puncture made by a sharp rock. I had a great experience at Discount Tire during a cross-country road trip. I stopped in for a free tire pressure and tire check, and Assistant Manager Peyton Guinn provided exceptional service. Even though there were several cars in line, Peyton remained pleasant, positive, and professional. The service was quick and efficient, and he took the time to make sure everything was checked and ready for the road. What stood out most was his friendly attitude—there was no sense of stress or rushing despite how busy they were. It's refreshing to encounter someone who genuinely enjoys helping customers. Peyton's assistance gave me peace of mind as I continued my journey, and I truly appreciated the care and excellent customer service. I've used Discount for a number of vehicles over the years, but this is the first time they've worked on my classic car. Without me even saying anything the staff made it clear that they understood that this isn't just an average vehicle and needed a more white glove treatment. They assigned one of their best and my car was handled with the care it deserved, including a crazy attention to detail of lining up my valve stems with each tire's script for more car show worthy consideration. I'll keep coming back to Discount as their customer service is fantastic and they offer great value for the money!
